Beckwith Mountain Ranch is a place of natural beauty where owners enjoy the beautiful views of the Wet Mountain Range to the East; the grandeur of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the West; and abundant wildlife. Grazing Lease
BMR leases out the ranch to a local cattle rancher from April to November. This gives owners a financial benefit by allowing their property to be designated as ag property; saving owners a considerable amount in annual taxes.
Since Colorado is an “open range” state, you need to fence out cattle if you do not want cattle on your property. Be aware that doing so could increase your property taxes.
